1General Terms & Conditions

By using the GoldenPark platform, you agree to all of these terms and conditions.

By using our services — whether through the GoldenPark website, mobile app, or any other channel — you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. These rules apply equally to all members, new and existing alike.

GoldenPark reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Members will be informed of any changes via a website notice and their registered email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

GoldenPark operates under an international licence. This platform is built specifically for Bangladeshi members, with local users' needs at the forefront of how it is run.

2Account Registration & Verification

Register with accurate information and do not create more than one account.

• Each member may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• The name, date of birth, mobile number, and address provided at registration must be complete, truthful, and accurate.
• A national ID card or passport may be required for KYC verification. Large withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.
• Keeping your account password secure is solely your responsibility. We strongly advise against sharing your login credentials with anyone.
• Transferring, selling, or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited.

Any winnings or bonuses obtained through an account registered with false information will be void, and the account may be permanently closed.

3Age & Eligibility Requirements

GoldenPark strictly enforces an 18+ policy.

GoldenPark is an adult gaming platform. Only individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration are eligible to become members. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and all associated transactions will be voided.

• No person under the age of 18 may register.
• If a minor accesses a parent's or guardian's account, the account holder will be held responsible.
• GoldenPark may request a copy of your government-issued ID at any time to verify your age.
• In cases where age verification is required, the account may be temporarily suspended until the verification is complete.

4Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Transparent payment policy — no hidden deductions.

All deposits and withdrawals at GoldenPark are processed in Bangladeshi Taka. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer. The minimum deposit is ৳500, and GoldenPark charges no transaction fees.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the member's own name.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the required wagering must be completed first.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC verification is complete.
• GoldenPark reserves the right to withhold payments on suspicious transactions until an investigation has been completed.
• Any suspected money laundering or fraudulent activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

Each bonus has its own terms — please read them before claiming any offer.

GoldenPark offers a variety of bonuses — welcome bonus, deposit match, free spins, daily sign-in bonus, and VIP rewards. Each bonus has its own wagering requirements and expiry period.

• Each bonus may only be used once per member — claiming the same bonus multiple times from the same household, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited.
• Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the wagering requirement deadline has passed.
• Playing with bonus balance may be restricted to specific games.
• GoldenPark reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Accounts suspected of bonus abuse may be subject to investigation.

The same rules apply to referral bonuses. If a member you referred turns out to be a duplicate account, your referral bonus will be cancelled.

6General Betting & Game Rules

All game outcomes are determined by a certified, impartial RNG system.

All games on GoldenPark use internationally certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring every outcome is completely random and impartial — with no possibility of manipulation.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect outcome, GoldenPark reserves the right to apply the correct result.
• GoldenPark will not be held liable for bets cancelled due to internet disconnection.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
• Odds displayed in Sports Betting are subject to change. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are the ones that apply.

7Prohibited Activities

These activities may result in immediate account closure.

The following activities are strictly prohibited to maintain a fair and safe environment on the GoldenPark platform:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses (Multi-accounting)
• Using any software or bots to manipulate games or the system
• Colluding or teaming up to cheat the casino or other members
• Using the platform for money laundering or financial fraud
• Attempting to pass the verification process using a false identity or forged documents
• Spreading false information that damages GoldenPark's reputation

8Account Closure & Suspension Policy

Members may also close their account on their own initiative.

A GoldenPark account may be closed in two ways — at the member's own request or by GoldenPark's decision. Regardless of the reason, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the member.

• You can close your account at any time by submitting a request to Member Support.
• A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts (no login for more than 12 months).
• If an account is closed due to a rule violation, bonus balances and associated winnings may be forfeited.
• Upon a self-exclusion request, the account will be locked for a specified period.

9Responsible Gaming Policy

Gaming is for entertainment — not addiction.

GoldenPark firmly believes that gaming is a form of entertainment, not a solution to financial problems. We want all our members to play responsibly and within their limits.

• You can set your own deposit limits, betting limits, and session time limits.
• Self-exclusion is available from 7 days up to a permanent account closure.
• Regular break reminders are available through the Reality Check feature.
• GoldenPark provides members with helpline information for professional support with problem gambling.

10Changes to Terms & Contact

GoldenPark may update these terms at any time. Members will be notified of major changes via email or in-app notification. Minor changes may take effect without a separate notice.
